Fund objective
The Fund aims to provide investors with a total return over the medium-to-long term consisting of capital growth and income.
It invests in a global portfolio of typically 70 to 80 listed property securities, diversified across regions and property types.
The Fund is managed by David Kivell, who has 17 years of investment experience, including 12 years at Macquarie.
David is Head of Macquarie's Real Estate Securities Division, which is made up of 15 investment specialists located on the ground in the major regions of Asia, Europe, Australia and North America. Each specialist is responsible for stock selection in their respective region.
